a) Aumentarán los falsos maestros y las falsas enseñanzas.
False teachers and false teachings will increase
b) Habrá una gran angustia entre las naciones.
There will be a great anguish among the nations
c) Habrá un alejamiento de la vida de piedad.
There will be a distancing of the life of piety (godliness)
d) Habrá grandes persecuciones.
There will be great persecutions
e) Habrá grandes señales de la ira de Dios en el cielo y en la tierra.

¿Son tiempos peligrosos y difíciles los de hoy?
Are today’s times dangerous and difficult?
Los hombres de hoy, hombres peligrosos
The men of today, dangerous men
– Que se aman a sí mismos y a los deleites más que a Dios (vv.2-4).
That [they] love themselves and delights more than [they love] God
– Que engañan a muchos bajo apariencia de piedad (vv.5-6).
That [they] deceive many under appearance of piety/godliness
– Que resisten la verdad (v.8).
That [they] resist the truth
